Download, print, and cut out the Dollar Store Carrot Wreath Patterns. Then trace onto cardboard with a pencil.Cut a large circle from recycled cardboard with scissors.Cut a smaller circle from recycled cardboard by piercing the point of the scissors through the center and then cutting out the center circle. Tie a bow with pastel plaid ribbon, cut a triangular notch from each end, and attach to the bottom of the wreath using a dab of hot glue.
Trace the price tag pattern onto white cardstock and cut with scissors, then hand-write CARROTS 25₵ EACH with a green marker, and then outline the tag with an orange marker.
Attach the tag to the wreath with a length of skinny yellow ribbon tied in a bow through the plaid bow. Glue a loop of skinny yellow ribbon to the back of the wreath form to create a hanger.
