Easy Frosted Peppermint Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix plus add ins (normally eggs and oil)
  • 1 CUP Crunch Peppermint Jingles chopped
  • 1 TUB vanilla frosting
  • peppermint candies crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven as directed on brownie mix box. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with with non-stick spray.
  • In large bowl, prepare brownie mix as directed. Fold in Crunch Peppermint Jingles.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake as directed on brownie mix box. Let cool completely before icing.
  • Spread icing over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy canes. Cut into bars.
  • *Extra holiday fun: Add a dusting of Christmas sprinkles
    along with peppermint candy canes and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a
    tree cookie cutter.
