Fall Home Decor: Monogrammed Pumpkins
Looking for quick and easy monogrammed gifts for the season? Everybody loves pumpkins and these monogrammed fabric pumpkins took me less than ten minutes to make!
Materials
- fabric pumpkins (I got mine from Hobby Lobby)
- Cricut machine (I used the Maker but this would work just as well with an Explore Air)
- Cricut Standard Grip Mat
- Cricut Iron-On (I used a variety of colors and types – just use what you’ve got on hand!)
- Cricut EasyPress Mini
Instructions
- Measure the area where you will be adding your monogram. Select an initial in Cricut Design Space and resize to fit.
- Cut your initial from iron-on. Be sure to mirror your image and put the iron-on shiny side down on the mat!
- Remove excess iron-on and weed out any iron-on from the initial.
- Power on Cricut EasyPress Mini. I used the Cricut Heat Guide to determine my temperature (medium). When the indicator is green the Mini is ready to use!
- Preheat the pumpkin for 5 seconds.
- Add iron-on to surface liner side up.
- Use EasyPress Mini to adhere iron-on. I did it in two sections so I could hold the liner still without using heat tape.
- Remove liner while still warm. The very tip of my letter hadn’t fully adhered – thanks to the pointed tip of the Mini I was able to add heat to just the edge!
