Chocolate Mint Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • International Delight Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream
  • Milk of choice (works just as well with nut milks and soy milk!)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint Chocolate candy bar/cookie

Instructions

  • Whisk together instant coffee, sugar and hot water until peaks form. You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer, we use this hand mixer and it is the greatest $20+ we ever spent!!
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with desired amount of Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream. If you just want a touch of taste go for a teaspoon, but if you like intense flavors you might want to go with an ounce.
  • Top the rest of your cup with your milk of choice. Stir gently if desired.
  •  Put one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture (what we made in step 1) on top.
  • Crush mint chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of whipped coffee.
