Whisk together instant coffee, sugar and hot water until peaks form. You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer, we use this hand mixer and it is the greatest $20+ we ever spent!!
Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with desired amount of Chocolate Mint Coffee Cream. If you just want a touch of taste go for a teaspoon, but if you like intense flavors you might want to go with an ounce.
Top the rest of your cup with your milk of choice. Stir gently if desired.
Put one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture (what we made in step 1) on top.
Crush mint chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of whipped coffee.
