Get your table decorated just in time for Halloween! In this three-part series, we are showing you how to create spooky table decor with Cricut. Today, we are making a ghoulish dinner menu!
I’ve always been in awe of people who create these elaborate (and expensive) tablescapes for every holiday. Little did I know with a few scraps of material and my Cricut machine I could create something just as fun for a fraction of the cost – and in just a few minutes!

HOW TO MAKE DINNER MENU:
1. Did you know Cricut Design Space has Ready-To-Make projects that you can customize for any occasion? I started with this Friendsgiving menu project and was able to turn it in to a Halloween themed menu with just a few changes and different colored paper! Simply select the project and then click “customize” to change the text in the project.
2. This project uses both the Cut and Write features, so you will need to select a pen for your project. Open the A clamp of your machine and take the lid off of your Cricut pen. Place the pen into your machine and close the clamp. Now you are ready to write!
3. Once your project has been cut/written, gather up your menu, cardstock, patterned paper, bat embellishment (included in the project file), Xyron Mega Runner and Xyron Sticker Maker (not shown).
4. Using the Xyron Mega Runner, apply adhesive on the back of your menu and adhere it to the black cardstock. Because the Mega Runner uses a dot matrix adhesive there is no adhesive where there is no paper so it is perfect for intricate die cuts!
5. Again, using the Xyron Mega Tape Runner, apply some adhesive on the back of your menu and adhere it to the patterned scrapbooking paper.
6. Run bat embellishment through the Xyron Sticker Maker.
7. Add bat embellishment to your menu.
And voila! With the help of Cricut and Xyron, you can easily make your own ghoulish but yummy dinner menu for your Halloween party!
