Calling all my teacher friends (and those of us who love them)! The end of the school year is almost here, and we’re getting ready with fourteen FREE End of School Year SVG files to get you ready!
FREE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL SVG FILES
It’s crazy to say, but it’s already that time of year when school is winding down, and students are getting ready for their Summer break. – This year is just flying by!
Last year, we started the school year off (here on the blog) with 14 FREE Back To School SVG Files, so it seems fitting to end the school year with 13 FREE Last Day of School SVG Files (aka end of school SVG files)!
However, as much as we love creating projects for the kids, what about the teachers?! They are finishing up their lesson plan for the year, getting ready for their much-needed summer break, and deserve some love, too!
This is because I want to give teachers all the things! More money, longer vacations, all the craft supplies they could ever need, and free wine for life! But until I can give them all those things, I will have to settle for giving them teacher gifts like shirts, tote bags, mugs, and all kinds of swag using these 13 last day of school SVG files for teachers!

HOW I USED MY TEACHER SVG CUT FILE
As a military spouse, I’ve got so many friends who are teachers – and as the school year comes to a close, we start planning girls’ nights out, chatting over brunch, and most importantly, fun in the sun! Those memories inspired this svg – I wish long lazy days filled with sunshine and sand for all of my teacher friends!
With today’s FREE SVG file, I made a t-shirt design that is perfect for a day at the beach!
To make this cute shirt, all you need to do is cut out the free file in heat transfer vinyl, and then add it to a plain gray t-shirt using the Cricut Heat Press (you will want to use the Cricut EasyPress recommended settings for the t-shirt you are using)! – It’s really that easy!
This free SVG design image, along with the others in today’s post, would be perfect for a variety of DIY projects or handmade pieces for all the teachers in your life. If you are looking for some easy creative ideas besides t-shirts, below are some that would be great for these free SVGs!

These SVG format files are for personal use in electronic die cutting machines/cutting software. Each SVG is a digital item, and there are no physical products. See the zipped file (aka zip folder) for terms of use. I use Cricut Design Space, which is designed for any Cricut machine like the Cricut Explore Air, Cricut Maker, or Cricut Joy. However, you could also use these in the following machines/programs:
- Silhouette Machines / Silhouette Cameo – Silhouette Studio, Silhouette Designer Edition, Silhouette Basic Edition, Silhouette Studio Upgrade

Hi, When I click on the picture to download then right click and save as, it only gives me the option to save it as a PNG. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

a PNG and SVG can both be used in Cricut (or other software) so if that is the option it is giving you then you should be good to go! :) Let me know if it doesn’t work and I’ll be happy to email it to you.

PNG cannot be separated or ungrouped in the Cricut program therefore it needs to be made into an SVG in order for Cricut to be able to use it and change the colors around if needed. I tried clicking the link that says Click here to save as an SVG and it only pulls up as a PNG also.

Tanya – we just tried it on several computers and it saves as an SVG. Once you click the “click here” link select “save as” or “save image as” (whatever your computer option is) and it saves as an svg. For people who want the png they just click on the actual image above. Hope that helps!

Hey Melissa! The svg is split in to the two different colors, so once you load it in to Design Space (or whatever software you are using) it will automatically separate out in to the different color layers. Hope that helps!
