Peppermint and brownies are the BFFs of holiday baking. In this easy peppermint brownies recipe they come together in rich bars with chunks of Crunch Peppermint Jingles topped with frosting and crushed candy canes. A match made in Christmas Heaven!
Raise your hand if you love schmancy desserts but don’t love all the work! When I saw these Crunch Peppermint Jingles (I found them at Safeway – you can get $1.50 off of two packages!) I grabbed some store-bought brownie mix and frosting and these frosted peppermint brownies are now one of my favorite desserts of all time. You WILL NOT believe how easy these are to make! You will be the coolest chick on the block this holiday party season—people will think you spent hours on these. No one needs to know the secret! {FTC Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by Safeway but the recipe and opinions are mine all mine!}
