How is the new school year already here?? Thankfully, we’ve got 14 free back-to-school SVG files to make this year a little more DIY and a lot more colorful!
14 FREE SVG FILES: BACK TO SCHOOL
We could all use a little more fun and color in our lives! With these 14 free back-to-school SVG files, you can personalize back-to-school projects for all the little ones in your life. Even better – let your kids’ teachers know how much you appreciate them with a custom tote bag or t-shirt just in time to kick off the school year!

HOW I USED MY BACK TO SCHOOL SVG:
I am a devout iron-on chick. I use it on pretty much everything, including wood! So when I first saw these SVG files, I immediately started thinking about what colors of iron-on I would use. BUT THEN I started thinking about the new Cricut Infusible Ink transfer sheets! How fun would these be to make using this rainbow transfer sheet? How about this watercolor sheet? GAAAAHHH!!! I am in love!!
Tote bags are my jam. Can you ever have too many? I think not…especially if you are a teacher! So I created this SVG that could be resized to fit any bag or t-shirt and in any color of the rainbow. The possibilities are endless!
To create the tote bag, all I did was buy a plain bag, cut out my SVG design in black vinyl, and then added it to the bag using my Cricut heat press!
Now, if you don’t want to make a tote bag, you could use this free cut file to create a variety of DIY projects!
If you are looking for some ideas, below are a few of my favorites that would work well with my back-to-school SVG cut file!

- Custom Shirts
NOTE: If you use it on smaller items (like a coffee mug), you will need to resize the image.
